# The Quarters

> Property management software for furnished mid-term rentals, meaning
> tenancies of one to twelve months. Reservations, tenancy agreements signed
> inside the product, and an operations board for check-ins, check-outs and
> cleaning. Built in Amsterdam. No commission on bookings.

The Quarters is aimed at operators letting furnished apartments by the month:
serviced apartments, corporate and relocation housing, expat lets. It is
deliberately NOT a short-stay platform. There is no channel manager for
Airbnb or Booking.com, and no nightly dynamic pricing.

Pricing is per active unit per month, billed annually: €19 up to 10 units,
€15 for 11–50, €11 for 51–200, custom above that. Minimum €99/month. There
is no booking commission, no onboarding fee and no per-user charge. A
30-day trial requires no payment card.
