Hostaway publishes no rate card; pricing is quoted per portfolio. There are third-party figures around, and building a cost comparison on them would be easy and slightly dishonest, so we haven’t. If you are weighing us against them, send us their quote and we’ll tell you plainly which one fits what you are running.
The same rule governs the Guesty page: their Pro and Enterprise tiers are quote-only and are shown as such, not estimated. Lite, billed annually. $29 on monthly billing; $9 pay-as-you-grow carries a 1% fee. Lite tops out at 3 listings. Above that, Pro is quote-only.
