Per unit, per month. That is the whole invoice.

A unit is one active rentable property in your account: the thing a tenant signs for. Properties you have set to inactive are not counted, and neither are units you have created but never activated. The count is taken on the day you are billed, so a unit added mid-month is billed from the next cycle rather than retroactively.

Your account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, nothing is sent, and you can still export everything. Add a payment method and it picks up exactly where it was. We do not ask for a card to start the 30 days, so there is nothing to cancel if you walk away.

Below roughly five units the per-unit price stops covering the cost of supporting an account properly, and we would rather charge a floor than quietly make small accounts someone else’s problem. If you are running three units and the floor is the thing standing in your way, write to us. That is a conversation, not a policy.

SEPA direct debit or card, through Mollie. You authorise the mandate once with iDEAL and the subscription runs from there. Invoices are issued monthly with VAT handled properly: Dutch VAT for Dutch companies, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT number.

Add units whenever you like and they appear on the next invoice. Remove them and the invoice drops. Crossing a tier boundary moves you to the better rate automatically. You never have to ask, and we never bill you for a tier you have grown out of.

Annual billing is a twelve-month term at the lower rate. Monthly billing has no term at all: cancel and it stops at the end of the month. Either way your data stays exportable for 90 days after the account closes.
