Service levels
This page exists to be honest about what is and is not a contractual commitment, which is more useful than a number nobody stands behind.
There is no uptime guarantee on the standard plans
Not "99.9% best effort", not an asterisked figure. The Quarters B.V. does not currently offer a contractual availability commitment on Starter, Growth or Scale, and publishing one we could not defend with credits and monitoring would be worth nothing to you.
If a contractual uptime figure with remedies is a procurement requirement, that is an Enterprise conversation and a real one. Talk to us rather than reading a number off a page.
What we do commit to
- Support response. One working day on Starter, and faster in practice because there are not many of you yet. Priority response on Growth and above.
- Security reports. Acknowledged within two working days, and anything serious is fixed before we do anything else.
- Planned maintenance. Announced in advance where it will be visible, and scheduled outside Dutch business hours.
- Data availability. Export works whenever the service is up, and for 90 days after an account closes.
- Notice of change. Thirty days before a material change to terms or price, and before a new sub-processor begins processing.
What "down" would mean
Worth stating because it differs by product. If The Quarters is unavailable, the operational consequence for you is that staff cannot reach the dashboard and your website cannot fetch fresh listing data or availability.
Your own website does not go down with us. It is a separate deployment, and a consumer that mirrors our listings continues serving the copy it already has. Availability is the part that goes stale, which is why anything taking bookings should fail closed rather than assuming a night is free.
Status
There is no public status page yet. When something is wrong we email affected customers, which at this size reaches everyone faster than a page nobody has bookmarked. That will stop being true and the page will exist before it does.
