There is no cookie banner on this site, and that is not an oversight.
This website
thequarter.ai sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party embeds. Its fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.
A consent banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary. This one does not, so there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, if we add analytics for instance, a banner will appear and this page will say what it is for, before it happens rather than after.
The application
app.thequarter.ai is a different matter, because a signed-in application cannot work without remembering that you are signed in. It sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies:
- Session. Keeps you signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
- Preferences. Your language and light or dark theme, so the app does not forget between visits.
None of them track you across other websites, and there are no third-party cookies. Because all of them are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, no consent banner is required there either.
