The Quarters vs Lodgify
Lodgify’s strength is that it will build you a direct-booking website. If that is the thing you are missing, this is an honest recommendation to go and look at them.
Choose Lodgify if…
Where they are the right answer.
You need a booking website and do not want to build one. Theirs is the best in this comparison and it is their core product.
You let by the night across the major channels.
You want the lowest possible headline price and your booking volume is low enough that a percentage does not bite.
Cost
What each of them actually costs.
| The Quarters | Lodgify | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | €19 / unit / mo | $16 / property / mo |
| Commission | None, ever | 1.9% booking fee |
| On a €2,400 monthly let | €0 | ≈ €45 per booking, every booking |
| Tenancy agreements | Built in | Not offered |
Lodgify’s figures are their own published rates as of 3 August 2026, converted by nobody: each vendor’s own currency is shown as they publish it. Quote-only tiers are not guessed at. Our prices are ex VAT, billed annually.
The difference
What you get here instead.
The booking fee is the whole story. On a two-night stay 1.9% is loose change; on a six-month tenancy at €2,400 a month it is a meaningful number for doing nothing the second time. If you need their website builder more than you mind the fee, that is a rational trade. Just make it deliberately, with the arithmetic in front of you.
- No booking fee. Lodgify takes a percentage of every reservation on top of the subscription.
- Tenancy agreements with in-house signing and an evidence trail.
- An operations board built for handovers between months-long stays.
- A public API and signed webhooks, so your own site is driven by the PMS however you happen to build it.
Comparing more than one?
Guesty is the one most operators are actually leaving, and it gets the long version.
