One-line description
The Quarters is property management software for furnished mid-term rentals, meaning tenancies of one to twelve months. It handles reservations, tenancy agreements with in-house signing, and the operations board for check-ins, check-outs and cleaning. It charges per unit per month and takes no commission on bookings.
Three things that get written wrong
It is not an Airbnb tool
There is no channel manager and no nightly pricing. Describing it as short-let or vacation-rental software is the single most common error, and it is not a nuance. It is a different market.
The AI is not the product
There is an assistant, it does real work, and it is one feature among several. "AI-powered property management" is not how we would describe it.
One customer, disclosed
City Retreat shares a founder with us. Anybody writing about traction should know that, and we’d rather say it than have it discovered.
The mark
Four units seen in plan, one of them let. Exactly two colours. Please do not rearrange the quarters, correct the offset, or recolour the teal one. The offset is the logo.
